Job Summary:
Independence Pet Group (IPG) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Enablement Program Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role is essential in supporting our rapidly expanding enterprise sales pipeline across multiple brands. The Sales Enablement Program Specialist will manage producer contracting, licensing, appointments, RFP processes, and proposal execution while tactfully keeping complex sales initiatives moving forward.
We’re looking for someone who operates with emotional intelligence and professionalism, and who can collaborate cross-functionally to diplomatically push projects across the finish line. This is a hands-on, tactical role that supports the internal sales support function for B2B sales and helps ensure strong execution and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Proposal Execution:
· Coordinate the proposal system, including generating and kicking out proposals tailored to each opportunity
· Manage the sales support inbox and triage requests in a timely and professional manner
· Support the completion and submission of RFPs in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Contracting, Licensing & Appointments:
· Own the end-to-end process for producer contracting, licensing, and appointments based on state-specific requirements
· Ensure accurate and timely onboarding of agents and brokers
Enterprise & B2B Sales Support:
· Assist in managing a growing pipeline of enterprise and broker-driven B2B opportunities across IPG’s family of brands
· Maintain up-to-date records of opportunities, activities, and accounts using Zoho CRM
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Product to ensure operational alignment
· Help identify and resolve roadblocks while navigating internal processes with professionalism and tact
· Maintain knowledge of multiple IPG brands and their go-to-market strategies
Other Responsibilities:
· May occasionally host webinars and agent/client presentations
· Domestic travel within the U.S. up to 3–4 times per year
Basic Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
· 3+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, sales operations, or similar enterprise support role
· Demonstrated experience managing licensing, contracting, and/or appointment processes
· Strong understanding of B2B sales environments; experience with RFPs and proposal systems preferred
· High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interdepartmental communication
· Detail-obsessed and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Proactive and diplomatic with a project management mindset—someone who keeps things moving
· Excellent written communication and organizational skills
· Must have and maintain Property & Casualty License or obtain within 45 days of hire
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
