In the role of Regional Inventory Manager, you’ll lead inventory coverage and SLOB reduction, drive behaviour changes and awareness across stakeholders, improve and streamline processes, contribute to the transition to fully integrated systems and highly collaborate with commercial regions, plants, Finance and Global team to ensure one single source of truth and high visibility on plans, projections, KPIs and risks. Inventory Management is a key critical component of the NWC in order to contribute to ROA targeted improvements for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EuMEA) region.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

  • As part of the budget process, collaborate with commercial regions and plants to develop end to end Inventory policy to achieve regional targets, drive approval, communicate and coordinate implementation and performance tracking.
  • Analyse current inventory processes and propose improvement/optimisation plans and methodologies. Sensitize and train stakeholders on any process change.
  • As part of the monthly IBP process, develop a projected view of inventory value and coverage over the next 24 months based on the projected plans from Supply Chain and align with Finance on the financial components in order to have one single source of truth of the Inventory projection for the Region during Supply Management and Financial reconciliation steps of the IBP process.
  • Lead monthly forums to analyse Slow-moving and Obsolete materials, ensure agreed liquidation plans between Commercial regions, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance, track/challenge execution and report status and opportunities. Escalate any risks to Supply Management and Financial Reconciliation steps of the IBP Process.
  • Monitor monthly inventory performance, analyse gaps against forecasts and budget and align with Finance to communicate KPI at Supply Management and Financial Reconciliation steps of the IBP Process.

We’re Looking a Professional In Supply Chain, Who Can Bring In The Best Practices To Improve Awareness And Processes Of Inventory. You Should Have The Following

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain
  • At least Bachelor´s degree level or equivalent in a Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Studies discipline
  • Leadership Experience in a Supply Chain Management role, preferably in the Crop Protection industry
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • French and/or German language skills an advantage
  • APICS (CPIM and/or CSCP) qualified (or similar) preferred
  • Experience of operating within Integrated Business Planning processes preferred
  • Experience of Oracle or other integrated ERP systems preferred
  • Analytics tools experience (Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent )
