About the Role

This is a unique career opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Co-founder of Near as their strategic partner. This person will be collaborating on cross-functional projects across the company, in areas such as marketing, finance, operations, and recruiting.

We are looking for high-agency, visionary individuals who not only bring smart ideas to the table but also roll up their sleeves to get things done. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, isn’t afraid to take risks, and can turn ambiguity into action.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the CEO on a wide range of business, technical and strategic projects.
• Accelerate growth and drive key initiatives across the company.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using AI-powered tools.
• Research technologies, competitors, and market trends, including developments in automation and artificial intelligence.
• Create systems and workflows that improve efficiency, leveraging automation platforms like Zapier.

Who you are

• Sharp Minds: You're intellectually curious with exceptional logic, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• High agency: You take the initiative and you are not afraid to take risks to get things done.
• AI and Automation enthusiast.
• 3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Sales, or Finance-related roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.
• Experience with Zapier, Hubspot, Marketing and Sales Tools.
• Data visualization experience.
• Financial analysis experience.
• Business, engineering, or computer science background.
