Truck Traffic Coordinator


Contractor | $1,500–$2,100/month | Full-time | Fully Remote | LatAm Candidates

About the client

Our client specializes in energy efficiency, weatherization, HVAC systems, appliances, and health and safety improvements. They focus on making homes more comfortable and energy-efficient through services like insulation, energy-efficient appliances, and home weatherization techniques.



About the role

We’re looking for a Truck Traffic Manager to support field operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day. This person will play a key role in managing daily communication, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative tasks.



Responsibilities

  • Start the day by opening GPS and alerting customers that trucks are en route


  • Review the previous day’s operations and match start/stop times with GPS records


  • Open all tabs and systems needed to carry out daily tasks


  • Respond to overnight HeyMarket messages and update spreadsheets


  • Check Jotform for new submissions, copy relevant information to spreadsheets, and approve in Jotform


  • Participate in daily meetings to review jobs, record stats, and flag customers who need rescheduling


  • Meet with supervisor to set daily priorities and make schedule adjustments


  • Call or text customers when trucks are on the way


  • Follow up with customers who miss appointments or can’t be reached


  • Answer the mainline for inquiries, complaints, internal issues, or reschedules


  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism


  • Add new leads to spreadsheets as they come through Jotform


  • Schedule reminder texts for upcoming appointments


  • Update the Weekly Scorecard every Monday evening


  • Set up phone coverage for holidays and after-hours


  • Complete miscellaneous tasks like labeling thermostats and drafting Google review responses


  • Work with landlords and residents to confirm home qualifications and coordinate same-day scheduling


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role


  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


  • Comfortable using GPS, HeyMarket, JotForm, and Google Workspace


  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities


  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
