About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Assistant to support the Head of Growth and growth team with project execution, automation, and operational efficiency. This is a cross-functional role that blends executive support with growth operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Automation & Tool Management: Set up and maintain automations using tools like Zapier, Airtable, and Notion to streamline growth operations and reporting.
  • Research & Data Gathering: Conduct research on new tools, market trends, or potential outreach targets; assist with prospecting and lead list building.
  • Google Sheets Mastery: Build and maintain dynamic spreadsheets for tracking growth metrics, content pipelines, and internal processes.
  • Content & Operations Support: Help manage content calendars, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Internal Systems & Documentation: Organize SOPs, templates, and team resources in Notion or similar tools.
  • Inbox, Calendar, and Comms Light Support: Occasionally assist with scheduling, email triage, or communication clean-up to keep the Manager focused on top growth priorities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Highly organized & detail-oriented: You’re a systems thinker who sees patterns, notices bottlenecks, and builds smoother paths.
  • Digitally native: Comfortable working across tech stacks — especially Zapier, Notion, Google Workspace, and modern growth tools.
  • Growth-curious: You’re interested in how businesses scale and aren’t afraid to dive into data, campaigns, or product strategy.
  • Proactive & autonomous: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You anticipate problems and move fast to solve them.
  • Bonus experience: Marketing ops, content ops, CRM (like HubSpot or Apollo), or startup experience.


Schedule: Flexible, but generally overlapping with PST.
