What You’ll Bring To The Role
Invoice Processing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on services rendered and contractual agreements.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of billing accounts to ensure accuracy of invoicing and timely receipt of payments.
Assist with the resolution of billing discrepancies or disputes by collaborating with internal departments and customers. Provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues swiftly.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date billing records and reports. Ensure all billing information is accurately documented in the company’s accounting system.
Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist with auditing activities by providing necessary billing documents and information.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance departments to implement billing processes that align with company objectives.
Role Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and effective account reconciliation methods.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working directly with customers and resolving issues.
