The Opportunity
As part of the Finance team you lead the day-to-day operations of an accounting group focused on cash perspectives, develop and manage analyzes of financial results, and implement policies and controls around the review of cash and tax ledgers. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Additionally, you conduct quarterly analyzes and reviews of the cash balance sheets and team with the Partnership Tax team to identify book tax differences.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of accounting/finance or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $73,000 - $240,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
