Job Summary:

Independence Pet Group (IPG) is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role plays a key part in supporting the implementation of large-scale B2B and enterprise-level partnerships, acting as the central project manager and operational lead for high-value, complex deals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to drive smooth and successful implementation of jumbo cases and long-term strategic partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape IPG’s approach to operational excellence across multiple brands and channels, supporting scalable growth and a seamless partner experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Serve as the primary operational lead for the implementation of large, strategic B2B partnerships and jumbo cases, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.

  • Sales Enablement: Act as the “quarterback” between internal departments to streamline communications and deliverables throughout the partner onboarding process.

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM to track sales opportunities, implementation milestones, and partner engagement.

  • Partner Communication: Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to provide regular updates, address implementation roadblocks, and ensure a positive experience.

  • Brand Knowledge: Stay informed on IPG’s multi-brand offerings to effectively support partnership needs across various insurance and pet care products.

  • Lead Support & Research: Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo and BenefitFlow to support the Sales team with lead generation and market research.

  • Compliance & Licensing: Assist with agent appointments and ensure all activity complies with state-specific laws and requirements.

  • Webinars & Events: Occasionally host or support webinars with agents and clients, and attend key in-person meetings or events (domestic travel 3–4 times/year).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

  • Analytical skills and ability to work with CRM and data platforms

Required Experience & Education:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho

  • Detail-obsessed and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, B2B partnerships, or project management preferred
