Our Hologic Gynesonics’ business area is going from strength to strength and to support our growth, we are looking for the best Territory Manager to join us. The Territory Manager will develop and execute sales, marketing, and clinical training strategies to support Gynesonics' operating objectives within the assigned territory.
What You Can Expect:
As a Territory Manager you will develop achieve and maintain regional business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution.
Identify and cultivate relationships with leading Physicians and healthcare facilities to strengthen the organisation's operating plan.
Partner with customers to ensure the optimal use of Sonata Systems by consistently reinforcing critical safety and efficacy considerations.
Ensure fast implementation and execution of strategies, projects and methods.
Be responsible for the provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.
Establish and maintain a high level of Key Opinion Leader relationships.
Drive sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and Goals & Objectives.
What We Expect:
Strong level of Account Management experience in a Medical Technology setting.
Experience of selling consumable products and ideally also experience in selling capital equipment.
Proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.
Able to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and profitability are emphasized.
Proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system.
Capable of driving change management initiative and introducing new strategies and tactics through effective and collegial means.
Demonstrated success with maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities that measurably increase market share and growth.
Willingness to travel within the territory 70-80%.
