Job Description

  • Manage and uphold the brand and manage stakeholders and clients, living out the company mission and values.
  • Lead and monitor digital paid ads for lead funnel nurturing in ANZ, monitor the budget, and work content in with organic content planning alongside paid, to establish baseline reporting for MQLS.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns via Zoho Campaigns for ANZ
  • Work with sales to reduce time to close and increase renewal rates with digital marketing activities.
  • Pulling data from Google Analytics and other platforms to run monthly reporting and review meetings with market leader to feedback statistics on the overall marketing results for the region.
  • Planning the scope of marketing work for the region at least a month in advance, in consultation with Marketing Director and Market Leader - and working with other team members across the region to ensure they're delivered.
  • Ensuring website and social media content is created and goals are on track each month.
  • Ensure the brand is being upheld to company guidelines and standards.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to ensure activities undertaken are helping to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly lead gen goals.


The Successful Applicant

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing or related field. Relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualification.

Background and experience: At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally across digital marketing roles that cover end-to-end marketing processes including planning, executing, reporting and collaboration across omni channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders; ability to understand and grasp the needs of the region and balance with available resources.
  • Strong analytical skills; possesses clarity of thought and an ability to make sense of data to form a "big picture" view when compiling and reviewing reports.
  • Strong team player but also able to work independently.
  • Willingness to be flexible in taking on changes to work scope, additional out-of-scope responsibilities and a can-do attitude to see through projects.
  • Adaptability, efficiency and agility are key personal characteristics and behaviours due to the scale of growth and pace of the business.
