About Our Client
Our client is a respected full service media agency based in inner Melbourne south suburbs.
Job Description
This is a senior leading position within the agency, where you'll take ownership of integrated media campaign strategy and delivery, and team leadership across integrated media. As Media Director, you'll oversee both digital (paid social, programmatic, display, SEM) and traditional ATL media (TV, OOH, Radio, Print), ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
In collaboration with the Client Service Strategist, lead the planning and strategy for all media campaigns,
Manage a dynamic team of media buyers and planners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Identify new media opportunities and partnerships to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Oversee media buying activities to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to create and deliver innovative integrated media strategies.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and advancements to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
