About Our Client

Our client is based in Brussels.

Job Description

Define project scope, gather and refine requirements (in collaboration with Business Analysts), and create business cases.
Plan project timelines, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed criterias.
Apply the Stage Gate Model to structure project implementation and drive progress through key milestones.
Monitor project performance and report regularly on progress and KPIs, both internally and at the group level.
Lead project communication and updates, including presentations to steering committees.
Ensure alignment and engagement from sponsors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and schedule stakeholder tasks and responsibilities, keeping delivery as the central focus.
Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing project environment.
Support the growth of our Center of Excellence in Transformation Management by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights.
Contribute to the development of functional expertise and project management capabilities across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this position would have the following skills:

Master's degree
At least 5+ years in program or project management
Organized and result-oriented mindset
Fluency in Dutch, English and French is ideal. Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills
Capable to exchange with various stakeholders throughout the organization
Experience in a project management within an international context is always a plus
