As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaboration projects with customers for clinical solutions as part of Patient Care Solutions (PCS).
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager for Partnerships to lead and manage strategic collaborations, ensure seamless technical implementations, and build lasting relationships with our partners. This role requires expertise in technical project management, customer relationship management, and establishing standardized workflows for partnership-driven projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
- As a Technical Project Manager for customer collaborations, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams to guide and support the implementation of partnership-related technologies and solutions.
- Create and maintain project management plans that align with strategic business goals, tasks, and timelines. Oversee end-to-end project management for partnership initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, escalating appropriately/timely, resolve issues, and ensure quality outcomes in alignment with agreed timelines and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project needs. Collaborate and coordinate with the customer's project managers to ensure efficiency, transparent communication, and effective document sharing.
- Conduct regular status meetings and reports with internal teams and external partners to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with engineering directors to enable customer touchpoints for product teams while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Design and establish standard frameworks for managing projects within partnerships, enhancing efficiency, and streamlining processes.
- Monitor project progress, escalating appropriately, resolve issues, and ensure quality outcomes in alignment with agreed timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in technical solutions in a clinical environment in a partnership setting.
- Experience in handling technology projects deployed on the cloud and proficiency in AI.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of clinical solutions, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technical implementation processes and ability to liaise effectively with technical teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- For roles in USA - bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in IT Project Management.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and managing full project life cycle (Discovery, Concepts, Development, Implementations).
- Healthcare domain exposure.
- Enthusiastically follow technology trends and best practices while enjoying the challenge of solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
