Job Requisites and Overview:
The primary role of this position is to work closely with the CEO, CSO and CMO coordinating and managing schedules, meetings, travel and the day-to-day efforts for select teams and clients on a wide variety of projects including admin, strategy and new business development. This position is based on the East Coast and will need to work across time zones (US/UK/Dublin/Australia).
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, positive under pressure and is interested in entertainment, hospitality and lifestyle clients. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt to multiple assignments and deadlines as well as a frequently-changing environment.
