We are seeking a strategic and creative Medical Education Manager to shape compelling, scientifically accurate content that drives impactful peer-to-peer learning experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role is a key member of the Medical Affairs team and is focused on transforming complex scientific data into clear, engaging educational narratives that align with core clinical and brand strategies.

You’ll collaborate closely with HCP faculty, internal subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to create and deliver education programs that inform, inspire, and influence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about medical education, and can lead the development of high-quality content from concept to execution. #LI-IB1

Key Responsibilities:

Scientific Storytelling & Content Development
  • Lead the creation, refinement, and quality control of medical education content — including slide decks, speaker materials, and supplemental resources — with a strong focus on narrative clarity and clinical accuracy.
  • Translate clinical and scientific data into compelling stories tailored to varied HCP audiences including preventive cardiologists, general cardiologists, advanced cardiology readers, radiologists, interventional cardiologists, APPs, general practitioners and other specialties interested in Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
  • Ensure consistency in clinical messaging, branding, and regulatory compliance across all educational assets.

Collaborate with HCP faculty and internal medical experts to co-create high-impact learning experiences.

Medical Education Program Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute live and virtual education programs, including conference sessions, webinars,and fellow training programs.
  • Integrate educational goals and scientific content strategy into each initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and audience needs.
  • Oversee speaker engagement and content timelines to support timely and effective delivery.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Medical Affairs and other key functions (Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Compliance, Market Access, and Training), ensuring alignment on messaging and education strategy.
  • Lead communication efforts related to medical education, serving as a central hub for content coordination and stakeholder updates.

Project & Program Management
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision—tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets while identifying and addressing risks proactively.
  • Maintain strong documentation and clear communication to ensure program transparency and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field or 8+ years of relevant
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in medical education, or clinical marketing — in the medtech, biotech, or pharma industry.
  • Master’s Degree OR Advanced degree and licenses including an MBA, Masters in the sciences, education or healthcare are preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with HCPs or KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) on education and/or advisory activities.
  • Strong slide design and scientific storytelling skills (PowerPoint proficiency a must).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with medical education platforms.
  • Experience working within cardiology or radiology, specifically in cardiac imaging.
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance standards.

Parameters:

  • Ability to travel within the US up to 25% 
  • 100% Remote position based in the US

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $95,000-$130,000, cash bonus, and stock options.
