What you are accountable for: 

The Senior Executive/Associate, Programmatic is accountable for supporting the development of omnichannel strategy, optimization, and execution across all in-house platforms for a select group of accounts. In addition, at the time of execution, this role is responsible for leading the process of getting the campaign live and running correctly following all internal standards and processes.  

The goal of the Senior Executive/Associate is to gain more experience with complex, multi-channel strategy and execution across a variety of platforms and to learn more about their accounts and other elements of the larger plan in place.  

What you are responsible for: 

Internal 

  • Assist with developing client omnichannel strategies, integrating omnichannel campaigns into clients’ overall media plan 
  • Assist with developing campaign goal projections/forecasting based on historical performance and future campaign initiatives 
  • Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgrounds 
  • Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as needed 
  • Support in-platform maintenance and optimizations 
  • Work closely with Analytics and Ad Ops team to ensure all tagging is properly executed 
  • Support regular budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure accurate spend delivery 
  • Research, test, and evaluate new data providers, DSP’s and other partners 
  • Support analysis of reports within native platforms, excel or Datorama and offer recommended optimizations for improving campaign performance 
  • Maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clients 
  • Coordinate with the wider media team on planning and monthly actualizations  
  • Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreements 
  • Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problems 

Customers 

  • Support the translation of marketing goals and brand positioning into viable media communication strategies and ideas across programmatic landscape 
  • Discover and deliver new test opportunities and ‘firsts’ to drive innovative solutions to executing programmatic campaigns based on specific client business issues and challenges 
  • Work closely with account and media leads to ensure strong senior client relationships on select group of accounts 

Market Knowledge 

  • Stay abreast of platform improvements and new offerings in the programmatic space 
  • Foundational understanding and knowledge across digital media landscape and where omnichannel intersects 
  • Communicate with partners on latest and greatest ad tech in the industry
