About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading the development of new product features, growth experiments, and optimizations while working side-by-side with our full-stack development team and the founders of the company. We need someone who can execute our roadmap and hit deadlines.

You will develop front-end features using HTML/CSS/Javascript and jQuery and back-end features in Python using the Django framework. You should have a strong sense of design and a good understanding of how users will use a feature or product.

Requirements

Full-stack developer proficient in Python and the Django web framework
A strong eye for design, UI/UX design experience a major plus
Proficient in Javascript/jQuery, HTML & CSS
Experience developing mobile responsive applications
Strong understanding of writing scalable and efficient code that can support 1,000,000+ visitors per month
Understands Postgresql and efficient database usage
Speaks and writes English
Within 5 hours of PST timezone
Past work/projects with Django, HTML/CSS, Javascript
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proven ability to maintain structured records and documentation
Thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment
