Overview

The CCUS Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing expertise to our clients dCarbon Ventures business line, which focuses on carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS). The successful candidate will oversee timesheet management, data correction and data transfer to accounting, resource level reporting, onboarding, orientations, and a variety of project controls and document management support tasks. This position requires a strong self-starter and fast learner with an excellent data management skill set, with an improvement mindset, and who is a fearless mission driven communicator. This role sets goals for the team and oversees day-to-day objectives within a defined area. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C.                          

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer the SmartSheet timesheet system.
  • Manage weekly submission and approval of timesheets for users and supervisors.
  • Follow up on delinquent submissions and approvals.
  • Check and correct data and submit final data to database.
  • Produce weekly resource reports and audit documentation.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly hours/costs transfer data for accounting cost allocation adjustments.
  • Maintain system staff and supervisor lists, project lists and stages.
  • Update the SmartSheet timesheet system on an ongoing basis with improvements and repairs.
  • Train new users and supervisors in how to use the timesheet system.
  • Prepare timesheet administration documentation and administration guides, develop and deliver onboarding documentation and orientations.
  • Provide resource reporting to project controls, project managers and functional managers on a regular basis.
  • Assist management and HR in confidential administrative tasks such as onboarding, transfer and separation of staff.
  • Work closely with IT, facilities and other functional service teams to support onboarding and orientation, and other operational needs.
  • Work cooperatively with Admin team members in all locations to support projects.
  • Provide support for project controls leaders on data processing tasks for cost and schedule control and resource management. Assist with integration of different data systems.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Smartsheet experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $30-$40. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
