Purpose

The Director, Sales UKI will drive a high-performing sales team focused on building opportunities and consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly targets. This role will involve leading regional and enterprise Sales Executives, ensuring they effectively develop and close new business, and maximize revenue within the assigned region. The Director will be responsible for hiring and coaching their team, equipping Sales Executives with superior knowledge of Clinisys solutions and sales processes. The primary goal is to consistently meet and exceed sales targets by fostering a proactive, opportunity-driven sales environment.

Essential Functions

· Lead the planning for new client acquisition, including sales forecasting, territory / prospect development and assignment, business plan creation, presentation, and review. It is essential to develop individual plans for the sales team to ensure they meet quarterly targets

· Develops and implements strategic sales and account plans to meet and exceed new and existing client sales targets

· Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales that may also including meeting with key clients

· Mentor sales executives to maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals

· Direct, manage and lead the strategy of cross functional team members, company resources and partners throughout the sales cycle

· Develop and monitor entire sales cycle and prospective financial performance including discount negotiation, terms, and profitability levels

· Proactively drive sales executives to meet and exceed quarterly targets. Driving actions, ownership and timescales to ensure we reliably deliver against budget

· Use market, product and domain knowledge to proactively create deals, campaigns and customer specific major opportunities and develop these skills within the sales executives

· Accurately forecast and manage all sales activity in CRM (NetSuite)

· Maintains up to date understanding of competitor’s activities and competitive offerings as well as of industry trends and technical developments that effect the market

· All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience & Education

· Bachelor’s degree Business, Healthcare, Software, or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience

· 10 years of successful sales experience

· 5+ years’ experience with managing a team of sales executives

· Experience in Healthcare Software sales

Preferred Experience & Education

· Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Software, or related discipline

· Experience with diagnostics markets

Supervisory Responsibilities

· 4-12 Direct Reports
