Currently, we are seeking a Senior Office 365 IT Analyst with a strong English level to join our team. 

 

Position Title: Senior Office 365 IT Analyst

 

Location: LATAM
The Senior IT Analyst – Office 365 will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Office 365 environment. This role involves overseeing the administration, security, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring a seamless collaboration and communication experience for all users. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex IT environments. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.
  • Configure and manage security policies, compliance settings, and governance within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Implement and monitor Microsoft 365 security measures, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Conditional Access.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and group policies via Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.  Drive lifecycle automation best practices.
  • Oversee email security, spam filtering, and mail flow rules using Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
  • Managing Identity and Access Management (internal and external IDP integrations.  
  • Develop and enforce best practices for Microsoft 365 usage, security, and compliance.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and other tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Office 365 solutions with other enterprise applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices to optimize performance and security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 applications and features.
  • Manage and troubleshoot hybrid Exchange environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and security policies.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
  • Familiarity with hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, ATP, and DLP policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Graph, and other Microsoft 365 management tools.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting related to Microsoft 365 services.
