Insurity’s Next AVP, System Integration Alliance Partnerships 
 
The AVP, System Integrators (SI) Alliance Partnerships is a role that will be involved with a wide variety of external client product project implementations and enhancements led by approved, authorized, and trained Insurity System Integrators, supported by cross-functional Insurity team members.
 
As an Associate Vice President (AVP) reporting to Insurity’s VP, Professional Services you will play a key leadership role within the Professional Services team. In this position, you will oversee and manage System Integrator (SI) product implementation projects, as well as contribute to various other initiatives within Insurity’s Professional Services department.  
 
We are looking for an experienced technology professional and senior leader who possesses a mix of project management experience, technical aptitude and business operations expertise.  This leader must take pride in providing superior customer service, collaborating both internally across the Insurity organization and externally with Insurity’s partners. The main objective of this SI Partner Alliance leader will be to drive, support and manage successful and profitable technology partnerships. 
 
In this role you will play a key part in managing Insurity’s Strategic System Integrator Program, fostering strong, collaborative relationships within this program. with the partners in this program. Internally, you will liaison with members of Insurity’s Sales, Project Management, Client Services, Product Management & R&D teams, as well as members of Insurity’s Senior & Executive Leadership Teams. 
 
What Our AVP, System Integration Alliance Partnership Will Do
  • Cultivate existing partner relationships while actively fostering new ones. 
  • Expand Sales Enablement capabilities.
  • Implement SI Program Best Practices and work across functional teams to ensure successful implementation and consistent adherence to program practices and standards.
  • Provide guidance and direction to System Integrators, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, standards, and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to system integration operations, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Monitor, report and communicate SI program financials, goal results, along with relevant KPIs.
  • Develop and communicate SI program goals and strategy, facilitate goal planning for any assigned teams or team members.
  • Manage a core team, to prioritize and resolve gaps, issues or opportunities that arise from the SI program operations or commercial activities.
  • Drive internal SI Program end to end improvement efforts.
  • Monitor and report SIs performance.
  • Share insight and implement recommendation program changes.
  • Inform Product Management on SI partner requests to be considered part of the annual product delivery roadmaps. 
  • Implement data-driven strategies to measure SI program outcomes in ways that enable customer success and monetization of our product value.
  • Monitor, report and communicate SI program financial and goal results, along with relevant KPIs.
 
Who We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience managing a software vendor systems integrator program.
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple cross-functional teams within a shared service program.
  • Technical Integrator or partner program P&L experience, with financial project modeling, legal agreement management, budget planning and management.
  • Ability to effectively articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with emphasis in Business Management or related degree.
