Job Title: Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1600 USD (Performance bonus structure in place for new business generation)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a US-based company in the automotive software space. The business provides a proprietary Windows-based desktop software that serves as an all-in-one platform for auto shops to manage their business. The team is small, professional, and values long-term, steady contributors who provide high-touch support to customers.

Position Overview:

This role starts in Customer Success and evolves into Sales Development for the right candidate. You'll serve as the main point of contact for customers and prospects handling onboarding, client support, and light administrative tasks. Over time, you'll grow into outbound sales campaigns, upsells, and product demos.

Ideal for someone steady, reliable, and people-oriented, not overly aggressive or growth-hungry, but someone who cares about delivering quality service and learning to generate business value over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Onboarding:

  • Provide solution-oriented phone support to customers.
  • Onboard and train new clients on the software.
  • Answer questions from prospects about pricing and features.
  • Take occasional ad-hoc support calls on Saturdays.

Sales Development:

  • Conduct outreach via cold calls and email follow-ups.
  • Run product demos and guide users during trial periods.
  • Engage existing customers with new services and upsells.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Oversee account management tasks (billing, collections, etc.).
  • Create and maintain internal SOPs and external training guides.
  • Maintain clean CRM records in tools like Hubspot and Airtable.


Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner (Windows 10+, 16GB RAM minimum) and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients.
  • Professional, calm, and reliable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing accounts and documentation.
  • Available to work PST hours consistently.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Hubspot, Stripe, Notion, Airtable, or MS Office Suite.
  • Automotive or tech support background.
  • Interest in growing into a blended support + sales role.
