Position Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled Full Stack and Cloud Developer with advanced expertise in building AWS/React/NodeJS micro frontend applications and APIs. This role involves implementing technology solutions that enhance business decision-making and processes across all business units, in alignment with the agency's architectural roadmap and enterprise goals.

Required Skills:

8 years of experience with DevOps practices, including building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and collaboration tools.
12 years of experience writing scripts and automating tasks using scripting languages such as Node.js and Python.
8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs tailored for cloud environments, including AWS API Gateway.
8 years as an expert in AWS full-stack development using Node.js and React, translating business requirements into fully tested workflows.
8 years of proficiency in leveraging native cloud services for micro front-end orchestration.
8 years of experience with cloud networking concepts such as VPCs, subnets, security groups, and IAM best practices.
8 years of experience securing applications using role-based authorization, single sign-on, and Cognito.
8 years of hands-on experience with serverless computing, event-driven architecture, and serverless platforms.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

8 years of experience automating cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
8 years of experience configuring monitoring tools, including setting up alerts, dashboards, and logs for cloud infrastructure and applications.

Duties:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Design and build scalable, resilient AWS micro frontends and cloud-native engineering solutions.
Develop both front-end components and back-end services for integrated cloud and hybrid applications.
Document solution designs, testing procedures, and production support processes.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and updates.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure security compliance and solution integrity.
Manage configuration consistency across environments using AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CloudFormation.
Apply DevOps methodologies to optimize the software development lifecycle and enhance automation.
Deploy solutions across various environments, establish monitoring, and ensure operational stability and system resiliency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and deliver business-aligned solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to other full stack developers on the team.
