Position: Performance Test Engineer
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 9+ Months and possibility of extension

Description:
Seeking a highly engaged and motivated Performance Test Engineer to join a high-performing and fast-paced application development team. The candidate must have a proven record of working in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced application development team, should be flexible and an engaging team player.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance test plans and strategies.
Conduct system performance tests in line with approved test plans.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with QEs and stakeholders to identify system bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
Create technical documents detailing the testing process and results.
Configure and maintain test environments to ensure accurate and consistent test results.
Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for performance-related issues.
Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in performance testing.
Develop automated testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding system performance and enhancements.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
6+ years of software testing experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience with performance testing tool (NeoLoad)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with industry-standard performance testing tools (e.g., NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of programming languages and scripting.
Familiarity with cloud environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
