Curai is a healthcare services company that offers primary care services powered by a world-class care team and cutting-edge AI.  This role is part of the Commercial team, comprising the Business & Market Development, Sales,  Revenue Operations, Implementations, Client Success and Marketing functions.

We are looking for a  Revenue Operations Manager to join our Commercial team. Our Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving productivity and revenue growth by optimizing business development and sales processes, managing sales data and analytics, and implementing effective seller strategies. This position supports sales teams by ensuring they have access to the right tools, systems, and resources to operate efficiently. Key responsibilities include overseeing our Salesforce Admin, the "Deal Desk" process, which involves shaping deals, evaluating pricing structures, offers, and approvals, and assisting sellers with quotes to ensure seamless commercial operations. The Revenue Operations Manager ensures compliance with internal policies and administers incentive programs, while maintaining and improving quoting tools and CRM systems to streamline workflows and enhance overall sales performance.

What You’ll Do
• Optimize Sales Processes: Drive to streamline BD/sales workflows to accelerate deal cycles and improve efficiency.
• Manage Deal Desk Operations: Oversee pricing strategies, deal approvals, and compliance with internal/external policies. Support sellers in crafting competitive quotes and negotiating terms.
• Manage Incentive Pay Programs: Design and deliver MBO and quota plans, own the calculations of performance against plans.
• Drive Data Integrity: Maintain CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and quoting tool accuracy, ensuring reliable forecasting and reporting.
• Enable Sales Teams: Support sellers on systems, tools, and best practices to maximize productivity. Oversee our sales tech stack and salesforce administrator.
• Support territory design and pipeline planning aligned with company objectives and growth goals.
• Implement Tech Solutions: Identify new automation opportunities using AI-powered tools to enhance operational scalability.
 
What You’ll Need
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in revenue/sales operations, deal desk, or related roles (health-tech or healthcare services preferred).
• Technical Skills: Expertise in GSuite, Excel and financial models. Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ tools, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), and familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization.
• Backbone & Leadership: Ability to confidently advocate for solutions while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Curiosity for Innovation: Passion for exploring new technologies, including AI tools that can streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• Remote Collaboration: Proven success in distributed teams across time zones.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and contract standards is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
