The Position:
Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst, Culligan Quench HQ
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Culligan Quench HQ Finance team. This role is critical in delivering high-impact financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Corporate FP&A, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently in a remote setting. This role reports to the Vice President, FP&A, will work closely with the CFO and will collaborate with the operational and finance teams in all Culligan Quench Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:
· Play a significant role in executing the monthly reporting process as well as the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
· Prepare and present variance analysis and executive level reporting for both the Culligan Quench and Culligan Corporate leadership teams
· Improve Key Stats and KPI reporting including developing a detailed understanding of source systems and data origination
· Monitor Key Stats and KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities
· Improve balance sheet reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long range planning capabilities. Specifically, around Net Working Capital
· Continuously and proactively identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and tools for scalability and efficiency
· Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key Culligan Quench Business Unit operational and finance leaders
· Travel periodically to company headquarters in King of Prussia, PA for team meetings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
· 5-7 years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A or financial analysis roles
· Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion)
· Experience with ERP systems is a plus
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
· Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
