While you’ll spend most of your days working directly with your team at Microsoft, 2A offers multiple points of connection to support you in your role and career. We’ll meet with you and your manager regularly to see how we can support the engagement, and you’ll have opportunities to engage with 2A through working groups, community-building events, and professional development opportunities.

  • Skills and qualifications - need to have
  • Based on the East Coast (do not have to be located in one of the cities mentioned in the job description, as long as you are in the ET time zone)

  • Experience working as an in-house designer in a large, global organization
