Job Title: BI Developer

Reports To: VP of Information Technology

Job Overview:

As the BI Developer, you will work closely with our operations and finance team to support our BI needs. This BI developer will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise BI Solutions utilizing Azure as a Cloud platform (ADF, SQL managed instance), PowerBI for visualization, and Microsoft BI technologies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Collect and maintain the set of business reporting requirements.
Implement BI reports based on the requirements collected.
Develop queries to pull data as needed.
Setup and maintain data infrastructure.
Performs other job-related duties as required by leadership

Job Requirements │ Skills │ Education:

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Advanced working SQL, and MySQL development experience
Strong background in data warehousing, ETL, and SSIS.
Experience with PowerBi, Domo, or related BI products
Working experience with Azure.
Experience presenting information through reports and visualization.
Excellent computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
Experience with multiple programming languages.
Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
BI certifications are a plus.

Physical and Intellectual Requirements:

Manual dexterity for manipulating small items; regularly lift at least 50 pounds throughout each shift and to be able to lift 75 pounds on occasion. Able to handle standing, walking and sitting for 4+ hours with limited rest intervals; good eye-hand coordination; fair eyesight (with or without correction lenses); normal hearing in at least one ear (hearing range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz); ability to analyze situations, set priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective organizational skills; a commitment to continuous learning; an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
