AudienceView is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Data & Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Data Strategy, Governance, Management, as well as Analytics and Reporting efforts to support our business operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 


What you’ll do: 

  • Lead and manage the team in the Data and Analytics Office, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data governance, accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Review and assess our data solutions and create a plan to transform the company into a fully data-driven organization. 
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support internal business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and lead our data infrastructure to support ML, BI and AI capabilities. 
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and optimize data processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

 

What you’ll need: 

  • Proven experience in data strategy, management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in live events, entertainment, or another highly transactional industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Experience in building and/or working with Machine Learning models, Big Data, and AI. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
