CareDx is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform to support our mission in transforming transplant patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user management, data integrity, and workflow optimization to ensure seamless operations across various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will be critical in improving efficiency and driving adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration & Maintenance
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations.
- Perform routine system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support Salesforce updates/releases.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency in patient and provider records.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation tools to support business processes.
- Optimize workflows and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Customization & Configuration
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to meet business needs.
- Configure and enhance the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for improved efficiency.
- Manage and integrate third-party applications from AppExchange, including healthcare-related solutions.
- Ensure seamless external integrations with Salesforce to support clinical and operational data exchange.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring adoption and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Document system changes, user guides, and process improvements.
- Collaboration & Optimization
- Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Digital, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features relevant to CareDx’s operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
- Experience in the healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics industry.
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI data within Salesforce.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or SOQL (not required but a plus).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
