Role Name: Bilingual Property Management Assistant

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Miami, FL time

Job Description

Take ownership of a dynamic role that combines high-level property management with executive support duties across multiple successful business ventures. You’ll be the cornerstone of operations, managing everything from luxury short-term rentals to recreational vehicle experiences, while supporting executive-level business activities. This position offers unique exposure to international real estate management, hospitality operations, and business administration, providing an exceptional opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end guest communications and booking processes across multiple rental platforms, ensuring responses within one hour
  • Coordinate comprehensive calendar management across multiple properties, business ventures, and executive schedules
  • Process financial transactions including tenant payments, vendor payments, and recurring business expenses
  • Maintain detailed booking records and perform essential bookkeeping duties
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements and scheduling for both business and personal requirements
  • Coordinate with service providers and maintenance teams across multiple properties
  • Handle customer inquiries and support in both English and Spanish
  • Manage property listings and maintain up-to-date availability across multiple booking platforms
  • Coordinate cross-border operations between U.S. and Argentina-based properties
  • Support multiple business ventures with administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders, including owners, guests, and service providers
Requirements
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or executive assistance
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, Outdoorsy, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Basic bookkeeping and financial tracking experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Flexibility to occasionally handle time-sensitive matters outside regular business hours
  • Experience in international business operations preferred
