Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 
10 hours/week, Flexible Schedule Monday to Friday between 9am-4pm
Client Timezone: MST

You’ll work directly with the business owner to support client management and event planning operations while creating engaging visual content that enhances the company’s professional image. This role offers unique exposure to event planning and creative work, with the potential to grow your hours and responsibilities as the business expands. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule while making a direct impact on the company’s success through your administrative and creative contributions.


Responsibilities
  • Support client relationship management through professional communication and coordination
  • Create eye-catching designs using Canva for event materials and client presentations
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents in Google Drive
  • Manage project timelines and tasks using ClickUp
  • Assist with event planning coordination and documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Support the creation and maintenance of event planning materials

Requirements
  • Proven experience with Canva and graphic design principles
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with project management tools, particularly ClickUp
  • Background in or understanding of event planning processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Commitment to 10 hours per week with potential for growth
