Under general direction of the Director of Contracts and Pricing, this role represents the Contracts group by operating as the liaison between the Contracts and Chargebacks, Sales, and Customer Maintenance in setting up new accounts as well as daily maintenance of existing accounts. Responsible for accurately entering membership, with an emphasis on 340b, information into the contract management database system timely and performing in depth analysis with the ability to resolve inquiries promptly. Performs Root Cause analysis of pricing and membership discrepancies and makes recommendations to Management by developing action plans and recommending and implementing solutions
Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains the set-up of new and existing accounts within the Vistex SAP Contract System and Cencora Supplier Portal timely and accurately
Develops and utilizes customer account set-up reports to perform analysis and identify bottlenecks for manager discussions
Works with designated contacts at national and regional customer maintenance and 340b teams to troubleshoot and resolve membership issues
Performs in depth analysis of late customer set-ups, identifies source of issue and determines the appropriate action needed to resolve the issue; complex issues may require the coordination of several internal Cencora departments and/or representatives from the GPO
Act as the key contact for Customer Maintenance and internal contract membership processes
Runs necessary reporting related to onboarding and HRSA ID performance/insights as required
Maintains monthly membership report (Add and Delete)
Supports 340b business reviews representing the Contract and Chargeback team as required
Acts as key contact and supports corporate diversion department on compliance audits
Maintains membership rosters for the contract & chargeback organizations
Evaluates business processes and system design and recommends changes that will improve department’s performance
Supports management initiatives and works closely with other functional areas in order to improve processes.

Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program; normally requires a minimum of (4) years of progressively responsible related experience.
Skills and Knowledge
Working knowledge of SAP/Vistex C&CB system is desired
Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
In depth knowledge of the Contract & Chargeback process is desired
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is favorable
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage large volumes of e-mail / case management is required
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data/situations quickly
Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
