Location:  Remote

The Role

Associate Manager, NA Paid Media drives omni channel marketing initiatives that deliver an audience focused performance marketing capability focusing on Deckers’ Fashion Lifestyle Brands in North America. This role owns end to end prospecting media campaign execution and measurement.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Responsible for seamless execution of omni channel media plans across North America, working in partnership with our media agency.
  • 2. Supports Sr. Manager in developing annual omni-channel media plans across, including both digital and traditional media.
  • 3. Manages weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting & analytics to help drive short term and longer-term data driven business strategies.
  • 4. Collaborates with many cross-functional teams and external partners to translate business goals and strategies into media plans.
  • 5. Produce briefs for our agencies and partners on campaign/product launches

Who You Are

Excellent communicator, collaborator and problem-solver

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing, advertising or economics
  • 3-5 years digital marketing
  • Prefer some media experience
  • 2-3 years of reporting and analytics experience
  • Retail experience is a plus but not required
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven marketer
  • Ability to influence, work collaboratively, and gain consensus amongst peers and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to implement programs through effective use of communication skills in formal and informal settings.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, planning and project management skills.
  • Must be flexible, collaborative, and has excellent relationship building skills
  • Prefers experience working with agencies or clients
  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Tableau and other marketing SaaS platforms such as seoClarity

$75,000 - $80,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
