Job Description

This role is responsible for the creation of visually engaging and didactically-sound design assets for the ecosio Academy. Collaborating closely with the ecosio Academy team, the ideal candidate will take complex, technical topics and turn them into clear, easy-to-understand visual formats — including infographics, illustrations, course visuals and partially animated explainer videos. A key part of the role is to implement a distinct, learner-friendly visual identity for the Academy across all visual learning materials.

Collaborating with instructional designers and the Creative Lead to bring stories and visuals to life

Qualifications

A strong portfolio of explainer videos, infographics, B2B-illustrations or digital course assets
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects (or similar), Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
Strong skills in visual storytelling and simplifying complex information
A collaborative, structured, and self-driven work approach
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
