Job description

What you will do:
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between the Platform Solutions Team and other teams
  • Gather a list of actions and requirements from stakeholders for the planning
  • Run preliminary research (if needed) to change action criteria
  • Collaborate with the Legal Team to keep all functionality in a compliant state
  • Prepare and keep in actual state documentation with contexts and flow schemes that can improve the development process
  • Communicate team progress in an easy-to-understand way company-wide
About you:
  • Good communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of speaking and writing English
  • Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices for continuous delivery
  • Using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) to track progress and generate reports
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of software development, APIs, and environments
Would be a plus:
  • Agile and Scrum understanding and practical usage
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges
