About the role…

ShopMy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Growth Associate to join our high-performing Brand Growth team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue by supporting our Brand Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle. Your work will directly enable our AEs to sell more efficiently and effectively as they bring leading brands onto ShopMy’s SaaS subscription programs.

You’ll thrive here if you’re highly organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, collaborative work.  We’re looking for someone who operates with a “one step ahead” mindset—proactively identifying ways to support our team and push deals forward. 

The compensation for this role will be between $60,000-$80,000 annually.

Responsibilities..

  • Proactively prepare detailed briefing materials ahead of all initial and follow-up meetings, leveraging internal tools and ShopMy’s data to provide tailored, insight-driven context.
  • Research and monitor industry trends, brand social activity, and published content to help craft customized follow-ups and new outreach strategies.
  • Draft and send contracts and support the end-to-end contract generation process to ensure a smooth transition from pitch to close.
  • Join all meetings and presentations, capturing comprehensive notes and owning follow-ups to keep momentum moving forward.
  • Analyze performance data and build case studies that support our pitch efforts and showcase ShopMy’s value to prospective brands.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deal stages, contacts, and account activity in our CRM to ensure full pipeline visibility and team alignment.
  • Manage AE inboxes and proactively draft responses to inbound brand interest.
  • Schedule meetings with external brand prospects and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and preparation.
  • Collaborate with fellow Brand Growth Associates and BDRs to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and share best practices.

Your qualifications…

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Brand Growth Associate, Account Coordinator, or similar client-facing role preferred
  • Strong research skills and a data-driven mindset; experience building case studies or analyzing performance data is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and social media platforms
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial-minded, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player
