The Role
Imagine selling a solution that can predict—at 85% accuracy—who your customers are, what they’ll buy, and when. As a Solutions Consultant at 6sense, you’ll be an instrumental part of our growth, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a strong customer-first mindset. This isn’t just a technical role—we’re looking for someone who can evangelize 6sense as a trusted advisor, creative problem-solver, and collaborative teammate who helps both customers and colleagues win.
 
The Fit
Join a high-energy, collaborative Solutions Consulting team supporting our fast-paced Commercial Growth segment. You’ll work alongside driven sales reps and value-focused SCs to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally – You work seamlessly with product, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and drive customer outcomes.
  • Builds lasting relationships – You bring strong interpersonal and presentation skills, paired with a solution-oriented mindset in every customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales engineering or solutions consulting role, ideally within the marketing or sales tech space
  • Ability to clearly articulate 6sense’s technical and functional capabilities to both marketing and sales audiences
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect customer pain points directly to the value 6sense provides
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Proven success working with senior go-to-market leaders, including CMOs, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations
  • Solid knowledge of the marketing and sales tech stack: web analytics, content management, sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense integrations and partner platforms like Drift, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, and more
  • Experience creating sales collateral, internal documentation, and customer-facing content
  • Familiarity with security reviews, RFPs, and procurement processes

Base Salary Range: $107,046.75 - $142,729. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
