Job Description

We are looking for a Chargeback Associate who will:

- Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks in DDR.

- Execute and manage the registration of international chargebacks in MasterCom.

- Execute and manage the registration of clarifications for withdrawals at ATMs.

- Resolve and manage disputes initiated through the ticket manager.

- Control and administration of the controversy database.

- Define and resolve clarifications for unrecognized charges under the appropriate chargeback reason  code.

- Deep knowledge of the full chargeback cycle issuer, pre-arbitration, arbitration, associated reason codes, and case closures in favor and against."

Our requirements for this position are:

  • Prior experience: More than 3 years in issuer view chargeback solution.Previous  use and experience  of  “CID” Local regulation. Previous use and experience in tools as SAC / SIA / VISAROL / MASTERCOM/MASTERCARCONNECTPrevious experience in issuer view clarification processes.
  • Language: Spanish native / English
  • Hard skills: High qualities in database organization in google sheets , SQL, Metabase or any other tool for data maning. Critical Thinking.Teamwork.Leadership.
