Hiring! Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) - Telehealth

Location: Delano, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a California-licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing virtual team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you can work from any place that has an internet connection, whether that be your home or office. You will conduct therapy virtually and treat mental and behavioral health conditions. You will be responsible for evaluating the client, treating the client, and taking the appropriate notes for documentation purposes.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intake evaluations to determine mental health needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy and mental health counseling to injured workers.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards of practice

Requirements

  • Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in California (Required)
  • Experience in [insert relevant specialty if needed—e.g., trauma, neuropsychology, etc.]
  • Strong communication, empathy, and clinical skills
