Carry1st is Africa’s leading games publisher and monetization platform, helping top global companies grow players and revenue in high-potential markets. We operate the region’s fastest-growing web shop for top-ups of digital content and a payment platform that boosts revenue up to 10x in markets with low credit card penetration but high demand for digital goods.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the right-hand to the Founder/CEO of Carry1st, Cordel Robbin-Coker. You will work with the company’s leadership team, investors, and key partners – as well as flex across different functions on strategic projects. In this role, you will…

Gain a holistic understanding of the business in a fast-paced generalist role which serving as the ‘right hand’ to one of the founders
Strategy: Spearhead strategic initiatives across geographic expansion, strategic finance, and partnerships effecting business growth and innovation.
Fundraising: Prepare for, and drive the execution of, the next successful fundraise with blue-chip VC firms and strategic investors
Board & Investor Relations: Support Investor Relations, including reporting and preparation for Board Meetings
Recruiting: Lead selected executive recruiting initiatives of top global talent across product, engineering, marketing, and operations

Requirements
