Summary: 

Develops RES Energy Services Inc’s supply chain and manages vendor relationships.  Responsible for providing commercial management of the spare parts to the end customer.  

 

Requirements:

  • Develops the supply chain of spare parts for wind, solar and energy storage.
  • Researches and develops sales opportunities.
  • Creates and follows up on the commercial offers to increase business volume.
  • Conducts thorough analysis of the Offers and quotes presented.
  • Monitors customer purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Monitors vendor purchase orders to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of orders.
  • Analyzes the different commercial KPIs, including debt, and makes recommendations based on their status.
  • Manages incidents and guarantees/warranties for vendors and customers.
  • Maintains and updates ERP platform in terms of correct deliveries, invoices, inventory, etc.
  • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
  • Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Exemplifies strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses a Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.  Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
  • Ensures that safety is the most important function, follows safe practices while working.
  • Reinforces safe behaviors and eliminates “at risk” behaviors.
  • Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
  • Ensures Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) occurs before scopes of work commence.
  • Adheres to and understands standard operating procedures.
  • Receives job- and task-specific training prior to work commencing.
  • Follows technical, quality and safety systems in place and determines appropriate action.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school/GED General required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Engineering, Economics or relevant fields preferred.
  • 3+ years or more sales and/or purchasing departments experience, or an equivalent combination of field experience and secondary education, to include military service preferred.
  • Exemplifies strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses a Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Commands a knowledge of logistics.
  • Exhibits the capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Possesses the ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Possesses a Demonstrable track record in productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and their implementation and execution.
  • Knowledge of the spare parts and reconditioning business for the wind and solar industry.
  • Functional competencies include communication, attention to detail, customer focus, prioritization, and collaboration.
  • Ability to control and follow up the spare part inventory in an optimum level of stock.
  • Domestic Travel 5-15% required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

 

Anticipated base salary range: $27.88 - $32.69

 

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
