Key responsabilities:

  • Use CRM tools to maintain prospect lists, track engagement, and log interactions.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups between qualified leads and the sales team, nurturing leads through consistent communication.

Proven experience (2.5+ years) in B2B lead generation or appointment setting, ideally selling training or services to hospitality clients. Excellent spoken and written English with clear, confident phone presence. Strong research skills and attention to detail in preparing for calls and maintaining accurate CRM records. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple follow‑ups, schedules, and data‑entry tasks. Results‑driven mindset, comfortable working to targets and tracking performance metrics.

Core responsibilities:

Proactively conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify decision‑makers at hotels and resorts. Research target properties and key stakeholders to tailor outreach and uncover sales opportunities. Use CRM and lead‑management tools to build and maintain prospect lists, track engagement, and log all interactions. Schedule and confirm meetings, demos, and follow‑up calls between qualified leads and our sales team, managing calendars and sending timely invitations. Nurture leads through consistent follow‑up: provide course details, answer questions, overcome objections, and advance prospects through the sales funnel. Generate and analyze weekly reports on call activity, appointment conversion rates, and pipeline status; identify trends and recommend process improvements.
