Position Summary
The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager role is to provide oversight on major business focused projects across FFF Enterprises. This role requires experience providing strategic direction and alignment across large-scale projects and small to mid-size programs focusing on successful program delivery. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with PMO and leadership to establish and maintain the project portfolio and roadmap. In addition, the Senior Project Manager will have experience working within a healthcare organization and a background in consulting or with client/customer facing programs. The Senior Project Manager must have knowledge and understanding of leading projects that support business service areas such as HR, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Manage various projects ranging from multiple small-mid size programs or a large program.
- Oversee all projects, standalone or, within a program along with successful delivery of all program deliverables.
- Manage complex projects and manage multiple work streams.
- Lead business and IT staff, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Perform Portfolio coordination and management duties, including PMO departmental meetings coordination, notes, presentations, and other reporting requirements as requested.
- Identify, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure project deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Facilitate management presentations and submit reports as required
- Command of schedule, scope, budget, quality and benefits always in the life cycle of the project
- Consult with internal and external customers to define needs or problems and provides appropriate recommendations for possible solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology and equipment partners.
- Define, manage, and implement highly visible integration projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with internal business and IT teams and external vendors to ensure functional requirements are reflected in the final solution.
- Confer with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Build consensus among multiple projects leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders, and various project members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assist in the post-implementation analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or a related field of study; or four (4) years of relevant experience.
Required Knowledge:
- Proficient in Project Management Tools and Applications
- Scheduling and Time Management
- Risk Identification and Management
- Technology forward project management experience
- Knowledge working on both clinical and non-clinical projects.
- The role requires a solid understanding of applications and supply chain solutions
- Working experience on business/client or customer facing projects
- Knowledge working within a healthcare organization
Preferred Knowledge:
- Lean project coordination and leadership
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
- Project management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Slack etc.
- Six-Sigma project coordination and leadership
Required Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years [twelve (12) for non-degreed candidates] leading business & IT projects; leading strategic plans, resources, budgets, and verifying all objectives are met.
- Experience with business information systems or related areas.
- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools for managing multiple projects at once.
Preferred Experience:
- Mid-large size projects and/or programs
- Equally comfortable with IT projects
- Portfolio management experience

- Must be comfortable working and establishing relationships with senior executive leadership stakeholders
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be detailed oriented and have the proven ability to prioritize work
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills

Professional Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred
Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, and movements require the use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working conditions include normal office and warehouse settings. After-hours support and weekend support as needed are requirements of the position
