Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope

Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm Pacific
Weekly check-ins to address questions and ensure alignment
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date books for assigned clients

Responsibilities

Perform monthly and year-end bookkeeping for multiple clients
Prepare accurate year-end financial statements
Assist clients with ongoing bookkeeping needs
Follow up with clients for unclear transactions or missing information
Ensure government filings are ready for submission before deadlines
Manage a portfolio of clients independently
Utilize QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Workspace for financial tasks

Requirements

CPA accreditation in your home country
Proven experience in cloud-based accounting, particularly with QuickBooks Online
Real estate experience is a big plus
Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
