This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 PM UK / between 4:00pm - 1:00 am Manila Time

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the publishing industry , and a proven track record in delivering high-value, multi-channel digital advertising partnerships .

You will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex advertising projects, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for digital advertising partnerships across various platforms and channels.
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project scopes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Collaborate closely with sales, editorial, creative, and technical teams to align on project goals and execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes.
Produce clear project documentation, reports, timelines and post-campaign analysis.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the publishing or media industry.
Proven success managing high-value, multi-channel digital advertising campaigns.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
