Job description

• Assist with ISO audit prep under Operations Manager’s guidance
• Data entry and board updates on Monday.com
• Help create and organize SOPs
• Update SWMS, upload docs, draft quotes
• Manage Director’s inbox
• Support HR audit and employee file updates
• Audit tickets, update skills matrix, track expiries
• Create social media posts (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
• Organize and update documents (logos, ABN, address)
• Assist with recruitment and candidate communications
