Job Description
As a US Lead Generation Specialist, part of your responsibilities will include:
Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Identify and source acquisition targets through multiple channels (industry databases, broker networks, trade associations, direct outreach).
Build and maintain relationships with business brokers, M&A advisors, and key industry professionals.
Qualify potential acquisition targets based on defined/given criteria.
Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of acquisition targets and track deal flow activity.
Initial Due Diligence
Conduct preliminary financial analysis of target companies.
Prepare investment memorandums for qualified opportunities.
Work closely with the management team to evaluate and prioritize acquisition targets.
Support early-stage discussions with business owners and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Identify strategic acquisition opportunities in target geographic regions.
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade association meetings to expand sourcing opportunities.
Build relationships with key industry players to strengthen deal flow.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiencein Sales and in sourcing for potential partner companies under the facilities maintenance sector.
Experience working for a US-based Client/Business is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, venture capital, or business development.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation metrics, and deal structuring.
Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
Experience in a startup environment or small business acquisitions.
Familiarity with financial reporting and investment analysis.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
