Lieberman, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Programmer for Survey Programming within our dynamic Market Research company. This position works closely with the project teams and other programmers throughout the programming lifecycle in an environment that fosters teamwork and integrity.

Programmer is responsible for:

· the survey programming of market research projects assigned

· the quality of online surveys and data collected

Key Duties:

Program online surveys
Participate in project conference calls, offer input into questionnaire, review questionnaires, and relevant project specs to ensure all necessary materials are received
Ensure surveys have been programmed accurately and are delivered on time
Work effectively with the Project Directors, other programmers, vendors, and clients to achieve project goals
Consult with researchers during the survey writing phase of projects
Manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelines
Handle client requests, as needed
Comply with pharmacovigilance activities for pharmaceutical clients, as applicable

Education and Experience:

BA / BS degree (or similar degree)
2 – 4 years’ experience in survey programming using ConfirmIt, Quantum and/or Wincross are a plus
Knowledge of Sawtooth, XHTML, JScript, JavaScript, CSS & SPSS are a plus
MS Office, specifically Excel
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with vendors and internal clients
