Job description

Hello!

We’re Wildix, a global leader in Unified Communications & Collaboration as a Service (UCaaS) and we’re on a mission to redefine how businesses connect. Our secure, web-based and AI-powered solutions help companies around the world collaborate smarter, serve customers better and grow stronger — and we want you to help shape what’s next.

About Us…

In 2005, brothers Dimitri and Steve Osler set out to reimagine how businesses communicate, and that vision became Wildix. Today, from our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, Wildix is one of the world’s fastest-growing UCaaS companies, with 300+ team members from 15+ nationalities, working across Europe, the UK, the Americas and beyond. We serve businesses in 135+ countries through a partner-first ecosystem, delivering secure, intuitive solutions that keep companies connected, productive and ready for what’s next.

At Wildix, we don’t just build technology, we live it. As a remote-first company, we rely on our own platform every day to collaborate globally and innovate fast. With steady growth and a strong foundation, we offer real opportunities to advance your career as we scale, making an impact in a global team that’s shaping the future of work.

At Wildix, our mission is clear: Empower companies worldwide with seamless communication solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and growth.

About The Role…

Wildix is looking for a Communications & Media Relations Manager who’s strategic, agile, and passionate about shaping the voice of two fast-growing global brands.

In this role, you won’t just “do communications”, you’ll help build a smarter, faster, more connected way of communicating across regions, teams and channels to help grow our global footprint. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments, sees challenges as opportunities, and brings both clarity and curiosity to every project, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Global Communications and play a key role in media relations, internal communications, analyst engagement, and partner storytelling, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and future-facing.

What You Will Do…

Public Relations (Primary Focus)

  • Support all press activities across global markets.
  • Pitch and place stories in leading and vertical media outlets across UC, tech, business, and retail.
  • Draft press releases, event briefings, and award submissions.
  • Help shape the story, bring in data, anecdotes, and positioning that supports broader business goals.
  • Serve as the point person for regional PR agencies across Europe and North America to keep campaigns aligned and on track.
  • Create, organise, and monitor press lists.
  • Track coverage, monitor media impact, and report on what’s working and where we can improve.

Analyst Relations

  • Support AR, including preparations for analyst briefings with Gartner, Forrester, and others.
  • Help collect and structure data and messaging for annual submissions (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant).
  • Track coverage and analyst feedback to help refine positioning and highlight wins.

Internal Communications

  • Support and help grow internal functions in conjunction with HR.
  • Draft and distribute internal newsletters, leadership updates, and key cultural communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Support message alignment during product launches, organizational updates, and town hall events.

Content Contribution

  • Contribute to the development of blogs, and marketing materials
  • Help write and repurpose content across channels, always aligning tone and key messaging.
  • Work with the Content Specialist and Head of Social Media to maintain consistency across owned and earned platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Be a connector: liaise with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations and Graphic to move things forward.
  • Step in where needed, whether helping prep for a media day, a partner event or a last-minute quote request.
  • Think like a founder: offer ideas, own your projects, and always come with solutions, not just problems.

What You Will Bring…

  • 3+ years of PR, communications, or editorial experience (agency or in-house).
  • Thrive in high-speed and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Believe that no role is too small when the mission is big.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Are curious, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
  • Care deeply about messaging that moves people and builds brands that last.
